Ron DeSantis is an American politician and the current governor of Florida who has gained much recognition recently and has been considered by President-elect Donald Trump as his Secretary of Defense, replacing Pete Hegseth. Early life and education
Ron DeSantis was born on September 14, 1978, in Jacksonville, Florida, into a poor family. He studied at Yale University and graduated with honors in history. Later, he joined Harvard Law School for his Juris Doctor. The educational background of DeSantis founded his conservative creed, which he developed during the time he spent in what he perceived to be a liberal academic environment.
