Who is Sergey Lavrov?
Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov was born on 21 March 1950 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Sergey Lavrov is a senior Russian diplomat and present Foreign Affairs Minister of the Russian Federation since 2004.
