Application Process and Hiring Events

On August 29, the official hiring process began, with applications due no later than October 22, 2023. Candidates need to apply online through Bath & Body Works because there will be no more on-site hiring events. October 12 was the last big hiring event in which applicants could meet recruiters in person.

Applicants can search the company’s website for current openings and identify which jobs are remote or in-office. Bath & Body Works also offers flexible scheduling, which makes it desirable for students, part-time employees, and seasonal employees.

With over 1,820 store locations across the US, Bath & Body Works is preparing for its busy season. “At Bath & Body Works, the holiday season is an energizing and fast-paced time of year, and we couldn’t deliver success without the critical support of our seasonal holiday associates,” shared Deon Riley, Chief Human Resources Officer for the company.

“We are thrilled to expand our capacity this holiday season. Opening our doors to 30,000 seasonal associates is a tremendous opportunity for us and our future associates, and helps us ensure we deliver a best-in-class retail experience,” said Riley.

If interested, applications should be submitted as soon as possible via the Bath & Body Works website. The applicant must be passionate about working for seasonal employment with very competitive pay and flexible hours.
