In Illinois, with a settlement fund of $11.7 million, residents are eligible if their names were displayed between April 15, 2020, and March 27, 2024. Estimated payouts range from $145 to $291 per eligible individual.

Indiana residents, covered by a $2.3 million fund, are eligible if their names were shown between March 27, 2022, and March 27, 2024, with estimated payouts ranging from $740 to $1,481. Nevada, the fourth state included, has a $1.3 million fund for individuals whose information appeared on ZoomInfo’s preview pages from March 27, 2022, to March 27, 2024. Here, expected payments range from $971 to $1,942 per person.

Those who qualify as residents ought to ideally get a notice for filing the claim sent out either through mail or online using the official website in place for the settlement.
