Just recently there was a boycott against Dunkin Donuts by supporters of MAGA as well as other conservatives circulating through several online platforms as an influencer has publicly accused the nationwide coffee chain of refusing to work with him as a result of his right-wing connections. Here is what we know about the MAGA supporters’s sabotage.

What led to the Dunkin Donuts boycott?

Last Wednesday, Chris Pavloski, the CEO of Rumble, made a tweet that Dunkin wants his company to drop Steven Crowder, who is a conservative talk show host. Rumble, on the other hand, is a video-sharing platform with a more conservative audience.

The CEO of Rumble sent out an alleged email in his tweets showing messages from Dunkin that stated, “Inspire Brands/Dunkin Donuts didn’t want to advertise on Rumble because of “right-wing culture.”

Pavolvski’s response in that same tweet was “No, we don’t discriminate. All cultures are welcome on Rumble.”

Dunkin’s alleged response to the Inspired Brands/Dunkin Donuts tweet was, “We are open to continuing discussion as the site evolves! I am sorry to share that because I want to help.”

An interesting fact is that neither Dunkin’s Donuts, which is based in Canton, nor Inspired Brands, based in Sandy Springs, has yet to respond to the growing controversy via their social media accounts, although they were being tagged.

Rumble loyal supporters are ready to express their disappointment in the situation and are ready to boycott the coffee chain because of the alleged refusal to appear on the platform.

Rumble Supporters Respond on Twitter

A rumble supporter with over 2 million followers on Twitter tweeted out an image that showed #boycottDunkin. On Wednesday, this tweet climbed up to one of the most trending topics on x.

From the CEO’s original post on the situation, many supporters have affirmed the idea of boycotting Dunkin

However, the boycotting trend has died down to smoke, at least on social media, and as of Monday afternoon, #boycottDunkin is no longer a trending topic on X, with the hashtag not making it to TikTok’s top 100 trends.

On Thursday, a tweet from Steven Crowder, who is a conservative host with over 2 million followers on X, also warned his followers not to “drink any @dunkindonuts.”
