The new program will financially support families with children under the age of 18 years old to help cover living expenses as costs rise. How to apply for TCA benefits
Parents applying for TCA must do the following:

- Case numbers ending in 0 or 1 are mailed on the 1st of the month.
- Case numbers ending in 2 or 3 are mailed on the 2nd.
- Case numbers ending in 4 or 5 are mailed on the 3rd.
- Case numbers ending in 6 or 7 are mailed on the 4th.
- Case numbers ending in 8 will be paid on the 5th.
- Case numbers ending in 9 will be paid on the 6th.
- All other case numbers will be paid by the 7th.
